Seaside Shingle Style

This historic shingle style home was damaged during a hurricane and renovated beyond recognition by a previous owner. Our clients wanted to restore the home to its original roots and grandeur. Working with historic documents allowed the architects to recreate the balconies, turrets and porches of the original exterior while designing the interior to work for a busy large family. The home was featured on the Larchmont Manor House Tour and has received numerous architectural restoration awards.
